Our Team

Tracy has a Master of Science in Social Work and specializes in gerontology.  She has a passion to help those that cannot help themselves.  She is also an expert in long term care planning.  

​

Polly has a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on administration. Polly began her journey in long term care in middle school where she volunteered at Sayre Christian Village.  Since then she has experience as a Director of Nursing, Executive Director and specializes in memory care.
